Pre-Qualification
The
pre-qualification/pre-approval process is the very first step in the
purchase of you’re new home and key to the process. It will provide both
you and I with the information necessary to move to the next step. Within
24-48 after completing this application you will know what price range of
homes we should be looking at, how much of a down payment you will need,
what your monthly payment will be, and how long it take for approval. In
some cases there might be issues on your credit report that we will need
to consider.
Further,
when making an offer on a particular property, having a
pre-qualification/pre-approval letter from a lender will greatly increase
my ability to negotiate price and terms on your behalf. Completing the
attached application will in no way obligate you to use America’s Discount
Lenders.
As stated
before, it will enable us to evaluate you’re purchasing position while at
the same time we will shop for the best interest rates which will include
rates from America’s Discount Lenders as well several other mortgage
companies that I will recommend and any lenders you may have in
mind. |
